IHBM8Very good
An English-German filmmaking couple retreat to Fr for the summer to each write screenplays for their upcoming films in an act of pilgrimage to the place that inspired Ingmar Bergman. As the summer and their screenplays advance, the lines between reality and fiction start to blur against the backdrop of the Island's wild landscape.

I really enjoyed this film. It takes a bit of patience to see where the story is taking us but eventually you see that you are in good hands. I suppose that if I knew anything at all about Bergman I would appreciate this film more but what was there was enough. As the blurred reality starts to play out I found the movie interesting on several different levels. While watching this film I couldn't help but think of a line from a Counting Crowes song: "Get your dreams just right".
