We have seen a ton of movies like this one where old friends come together for a weekend and have to deal with their baggage from the past. I can't think of one where it is strangers that come together and have conflict, and that is where the movie falls flat. There just wasn't enough material in the middle part of the movie, although the last 15 minutes were actually pretty good.
