Part of my enjoyment of movies like this is to see how no matter how different our various societies might be dating is universally difficult. As for the movie.... I liked it. I normally really enjoy movies that have very subtle themes - this film had that in spades. In fact, I think I may have wanted a little more conflict between the main characters in light of the "event" that happens in the first third of the film. This film was made by the same Iranian director that made the fantastic A Separation. Some thoughts that I wrote down as I watched the film (not necessarily spoilers): Spoiler

What's the secret?
Fascinating how dating is both so different and so similar
What is this about? Where is he going with it?
Lies and more lies. Why?
How to watch this?
